While palm trees sway gently in the breeze, and a hint of a traditional Sri Lankan building peeks through the foliage., the gentleman in question immerses himself in the breath-taking atmosphere that surrounds him.

It is usually served with a curry of your choice - vegetarian or not - and an accompanying chillin sambol - the perfect combination to begin the morning. String Hoppers: Delicate threads of steamed rice flour woven into a mesmerizing nest, these make them the perfect canvas for vibrant curries and tasty, local sambols, soaking up every drop of deliciousness..
