🏠 We serve the following for our guests: Hoppers : T he bowl-shaped pancakes are made from fermented rice flour and coconut milk, resulting in a crispy, lacy edge and a soft, fluffy center. It is usually served with a curry of your choice - vegetarian or not - and an accompanying chillin sambol - the perfect combination to begin the morning. String Hoppers: Delicate threads of steamed rice flour woven into a mesmerizing nest, these make them the perfect canvas for vibrant curries and tasty, local sambols, soaking up every drop of deliciousness.. Bread: We do serve bread as well for those who prefer the Western food for the breakfast. Since locals still love various forms of bread, the availability of the food will never be an issue. We are surrounded by plenty of local bakeries that delver fresh, warm bread at the dawn.
